Meet us on the Green

The Bay Village Foundation is proud to partner with the City of Bay Village to support the creation of a Village Green.  Located between the new Library and City Hall, this space will include concrete walking paths, a central hub and pergola, seating, lighting, native plantings, and memorials, including the Amy Mihaljevic memorial and a possible Bay Village veterans memorial. There will also be an area for Food Truck Friday vendors and visitors and other community events and activities.

The Bay Village Foundation has a history of partnering with the City of Bay Village on community improvement projects.  From our inaugural project which launched our foundation ‘Play at Bay Playground’ to the tennis courts on Bradley and the annual fireworks display during Bay Days, we are honored to support these and other worthy community organizations and projects that have positive impact on our friends and neighbors in our beloved community.  Our goal for the Village Green project is to raise $50,000.  Through the generous giving from emeritus Bay Village Foundation Board Presidents Al Paulus, Rich Veres and their families, and 100% participation from current trustees, we have reached $15,000 toward the $50,000 goal. We need your help to fund this marquee community project!

Please consider contributing to this bringing people together on our new Village Green!
